Author and domestic violence survivor Fiona said, “If nothing else, this journey has shown me that we are all stronger than we can ever imagine and finding my tribe has been a great blessing”.

Author and domestic violence survivor Colin said, “Breaking the shame of silence was hard, I didn't expect my journey in recovery to be even harder”

Author and domestic violence survivor Jill, said, “It was worth revisiting those years and reflecting on what I have achieved in order to guide another survivor on their journey of recovery. I was nervous but proud to share my story in the book”.
