RESTORE

Rebuild Empowerment Safely Through Outdoor Relational Equine
Rebuild, Connect, Heal and Recover Safely ....
RESTORE is a transformative, trauma-informed equine therapy program designed specifically for women who have experienced domestic violence and/or coercive control.
Held in the peaceful surrounds of Tallebudgera Valley, this 6-week program offers a unique and powerful pathway to healing through connection with horses, guided by qualified equine-assisted psychotherapists, professional counsellors, and fellow survivors.
The impact of domestic violence can last long after the abuse ends—RESTORE provides a safe, supportive space to break free from isolation, regulate the nervous system, rebuild trust, and form healthy relationships with self and others.
Equine therapy is proven to help survivors regain confidence, process trauma, and reconnect with their inner strength—all in a calm, natural setting.
The 6-week program is offered at an accessible cost of $150 plus GST (total $165).
Through this gentle yet empowering journey, survivors are supported every step of the way as they rebuild their lives with dignity and hope.
