Shattered to Shining Journeys of Surviving and Thriving After Domestic Violence 4. Coerced to Courageous - Taking Back Your Power After Coercive Control and Domestic Abuse Equine assisted therapy, including the HEART and RESTORE program, Financial education through the online and face-to-face Financial Superwomen workshops held in Brisbane and Sunbury Victoria. Connection walks in Brisbane - West Chermside and Thornlands, and Mackay Legal Laureates - free Legal Literacy workshops aim to improve survivors' understanding of the legal system. Garden Therapy Program uses potting, grounding, and creative activities Other programs that we run with funding include Stepping Stones, DVART and Blogging Self-care.
