The program provides a structured approach incorporating gardening, grounding and earthing techniques, mindfulness, and breathing exercises. This comprehensive approach aims to promote emotional healing, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being among participants. By supporting this program, you can help survivors to recover, rebuild, and heal from their traumatic experiences.
