This pilates session is led by personal trainer Annie Paull, who donates her time to support Broken to Brilliant and domestic violence survivros - thank you Annie 

Benefits of Pilates

Pilates lengthens and stretches all the major muscle groups in the body in a balanced fashion. It improves flexibility, strength, balance and body awareness.

No December PIlates as that is Christams Day 

Due to COVID max of 9 participants and maintain social distancing.

Bring your own mat and start off with bodyweight exercises only.
