About The Event
Experience Healing and Reconnection with the HEART Program
Welcome to the Healing Equine Art Resilience Therapy (HEART) Program, a transformative experience tailored for families impacted by domestic and family violence.

Dates: September 14th
Time: 10am to 1 pm – please arrive at 9.45 to enable start time of 10am.
Location: Meet at the Tallebudgera Valley Community Hall
Cost: $25 per person
What to Expect:
Joining Broken to Brilliant for the HEART program you'll engage in a unique blend of equine therapy and art therapy program, carefully created to foster healing and reconnection. As you walk alongside our gentle horses and immerse yourself in the therapeutic power of art, you'll embark on a path of self-discovery and reconnection.
Program Highlights:
Equine Therapy:
Interact with our equine companions to cultivate trust, confidence, and emotional well-being. Equine therapy is effective in helping individuals process trauma, reconnect and build resilience.
Art Therapy:
Tap into your creativity through guided art exercises, allowing you to express and explore your emotions in a safe and supportive environment. Art therapy can promote emotional healing and self-awareness, empowering individuals to navigate through difficult experiences.
Who Can Participate:
The HEART Program is open to individuals who have experienced domestic and family violence aged 5 years and older. Participants of all ages can benefit from this holistic approach to healing and resilience-building.
What to Bring:
Please remember to wear closed-in shoes for your safety. If you don't have any, kindly let us know in advance. Additionally, wearing a hat is recommended for sun protection.
