Join the 2 day, DV-ART program using the power of colours, shapes & texture to help you reclaim yourself & progress along your healing journey.

Art therapy is a positive and effective way to help victims of domestic violence to cope and heal. (Reference)

Share your journey after domestic violence in ART. Celebrate your strength, resilience & how far you have come. Sharing your journey through art will help to raise awareness of the impact of domestic violence. This artistic process will give you a voice & aid your healing as your express your journey using various art methods. 

We are calling for domestic violence survivors to join the DV-ART program, you do not have to be an artist, this is about using art processes to express the meaning of your journey. The DV-ART program is only $59, this includes all materials, activities, professional qualified art therapist  & food.  

Using art therapy techniques you will be creating an art piece depicting your journey of reclaiming yourself after abuse through the Domestic Violence Amazing Resilient Thriver (DV-ART) program. 

Program Facilitator 

This program will be led by a qualified art therapist, domesitc violence survivor, Broken to Brilliant author, Kerry from Weird Fishh Expressive Health Services which is a holistic approach to Art Psychotherapies

Applications open 

The DV-ART program is limited to 10 domestic violence survivors who have journeyed away from abuse.  

There will be planning questions sent to you to prepare your thoughts
