About The Event

Creative Therapies Movement and Art Workshop

Your body holds stories your mind hasn’t spoken yet.

This Creative Therapies Movement and Art Workshop offers a safe, supportive space for individuals who have experienced trauma to explore healing through gentle movement, breath, and creative expression.

Grounded in trauma-informed practice, this session focuses on reconnecting you with your body in a way that feels safe and empowering. Through flexible movement and simple art-based activities, participants are supported in releasing stored tension, regulating the nervous system, and building self-awareness.

There is no choreography, no pressure, and no expectations. Just space to move in a way that feels right for you.

This workshop is about creative rebuilding: reconnecting with yourself, restoring a sense of safety, and exploring expression beyond words.
