What is social distancing?
Social distancing is one way to help slow the spread of viruses. Social distancing includes:
- staying at home when you are sick
- avoiding gatherings if they are not essential
- staying 1.5 metres away from other people as much as you can
The Gratitude Ride combines the health benefits of connecting with nature and animals and the psychological benefits of practising gratitude for all the positive things we have in our lives. It will also be to raise funds for the charity Broken to Brilliant with a donation required to join us on the ride. It will be bring your own horse although I do have a couple of horses that may possibly be available.
